MINI FRAPPUCCINO

The cottage at lot 12 is beginning to look more like a home. The exterior has been painted and the interior now has drywall and hardwood flooring.

We're installing a cork underlayment under the wood floors for a softer feel and it makes a huge difference! One complaint we often hear is sore backs and legs when we have homes built on slabs. Even though hardwoods are easier on the back than tile, it can still get uncomfortable after a while. The cork adds another layer of cushion, which really helps.
