We've started laying the roofing paper on Chai Latte. We're doing a Midnight Bronze standing seam roof, which is the same color as Frappuccino's roof. You can see where we started Frappuccino's roof in the background.
Roofing paper is a very important step in the process. It acts as an additional moisture and vapor barrier between the plywood sheathing and the metal roof. We often put the paper down before we get the metal delivered so we can "dry in" the house and start working on the interiors while we wait for the metal to be delivered.
Next steps are plumbing and electrical rough in.
