We've started framing Lot 7 in the Pu'unoa subdivision in Launiupoko. Framing a house is often compared to creating a skeleton for the home. Just as a skeleton provides the basic structure and support for the body, the framing of a house provides the framework for the walls, roof, and other elements of the home. Without a solid and properly constructed frame, the home may not be structurally sound and could be prone to issues such as sagging, settling, or even collapse. Therefore, it's important to take the time to ensure that the framing is done correctly and with the highest quality materials. A well-built frame will not only provide a strong foundation for the home but will also allow for easier installation of electrical and plumbing systems and provide better insulation for energy efficiency.
