Our winter weather has cooperated and the framers have been able to get quite a bit accomplished. The cottage even has trusses! Next is the garage, and main house. On the main house we have to frame the floor for the second story, then they can continue with the CMU walls to complete the master suite walls. Once that's done, we can finish with the trusses and roofing.
