FRAPPUCCINO (LOT 12) WALL PROGRESS

We're making great headway on getting the CMU walls up at Lot 12. The garage walls are up, and the main house and cottage walls are getting closer. This process takes longer than wood framing, but this home will be bullet proof against strong winds. Once the CMU walls are up, we'll go through and wood frame the interior walls. We'll also add wood framing to the inside of the exterior walls. We'll run the plumbing and electrical outlets in the wood-framed walls. This will make maintenance and repairs much easier in the future.
