GRUBBING LOT 12

We just finished grubbing lot 12 at the Ka'anapali Coffee Farms. Grubbing is the process of removing trees, in this case coffee trees, shrubs and grass from a lot in order to get it ready for excavation. The next step in the process is excavation and installation of the underground utilities. As always, we're excited to be starting a new dream home for our clients.
