LOT 12 - AKA FRAPPUCCINO

We have been moving right along on the Coffee Farms Lot 12 project, so it's time to give it a coffee farms nickname: Frappuccino!

The plumbers and electricians are laying their pipes and conduits, and we have forms up so now you can get a better idea of the scope of this project. We're building a 3,133 main house with a cottage and small ag bunker. We'll be pouring the foundation soon, then we'll start setting the CMU walls and framing. We've already started on the rock retaining walls. Stay tuned!
