LOT 24 GAINS MOMENTUM

While we faced a brief pause as we waited for the windows and sliders, we are happy to announce that the windows have finally made their appearance and have been installed! While we await the arrival of the sliders, progress continues to be made on other fronts.

The roofers have already begun their work on the metal roof. This addition promises to provide both aesthetic appeal and reliable protection for years to come.

With the building now more shielded from the elements, the plumbers have completed their rough work. This crucial step ensures that the plumbing system is properly integrated and ready for the next phase. The team's attention has now turned to the AC and electrical aspects of the project.
