Pouring the foundation is always exciting for us. It's a major milestone in the building process, and everyone knows what they say about a good foundation. Our Lot 24 project in Mahana Estates has a few foundations, so we decided to break it up and poured the foundations over two pour days. That's twice the fun!
On Pour Day I we did the detached garage and fitness pavilion. For these we didn't get the boom truck, so the guys improvised.
Pour Day II was a different story. It took many concrete trucks, the big boom and most of the day, but we got the job done and after some curing time we'll be ready to start framing! The video below is of the very beginning.

It was a lot of work, but everyone did a great job. Now we're looking forward to the next phase.
