In the heart of Kaanapali Coffee Farms, we've recently wrapped up the construction of a luxury residence that blends craftsmanship, leisure, and the natural beauty of Maui. This journey took us from a plot of coffee fields to a completed home, and we're excited to share the transformation with you in this short video.

Kaanapali Coffee Farms, known for its stunning views and vibrant greenery, provided the ideal setting for our project. The goal was simple – build a home that not only fits into this tropical paradise but enhances it. Starting with a blank canvas of coffee fields, our team worked to create a home that felt like a natural extension of the surroundings. We named it "Maui Mocha" to reflect both its origin and the warm, earthy tones that now define it.
