Pouring the foundation is a big milestone in the home building process. There is a lot of work before the concrete actually can be poured and then on "Pour Day" the crew has to work fast to make sure the cement goes everywhere it needs to be and is smoothed out before it cures.
The big alien spider looking thing is the pump, we use it to get the cement where it needs to go. It took several cement truck loads to pour all of the foundations on this lot. The next step is to back fill around the foundations and then we can start building walls!
